ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES
RECIPROCITY |
For reciprocal recognition of other agreement state, licensing state, or United State Nuclear Regulatory Commission licenses based upon the actual amount of radioactive material or type of devices being transported into Washington State or the type of service to be performed involving radioactive material. FOLLOW-UP |
For a second follow-up inspection, and each follow-up inspection thereafter, a fee of one hundred dollars per hour of direct staff time associated with the follow-up inspection, not to exceed one thousand two hundred fifty dollars per follow-up inspection. ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING VISIT |

EXPEDITED LICENSE FEE |
For expedited licensing review, a fee of one hundred twenty five dollars per hour of direct staff time associated with the review. This fee only applies by the mutual consent of licensee and affected staff, when a licensing request is taken out of the date order and processed by staff during non-work hours, and for which staff is paid overtime. 246-254-120(1)(f) |
PAYMENT OF FEES |

FAILURE TO PAY FEES |
The department may take action to modify, suspend, or terminate the license or sealed source and device registration if the licensee fails to pay the fee for additional licensing and compliance actions billed by the department. 246-254-120(4) |
