April Credentialing Freeze: All licensing and credentialing systems for health professionals and facilities will be unavailable on Thursday, April 24 from 5 p.m. until the morning of Tuesday, April 29, 2025 to complete system upgrades. Please complete your applications and renewals now to avoid delays.

Ambulatory surgical facilities (ASF) are state licensed facilities that provide outpatient specialty or multi-specialty surgical services. Patients are admitted and discharged within 24 hours. Most ASFs are also Medicare certified. ASFs provide patients an alternative to hospital-based surgery, often at a reduced cost.
